How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. You may also track your order through the “Track your Order” page available in our website menu.
I placed an order but did not receive a tracking email. What should I do?
Tracking information usually appears within 24–48 hours after your order is shipped. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at skinteex.official@gmail.com and we will assist you.

We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
in the same condition as received
unworn/unused
with all tags
in the original packaging
with a receipt or proof of purchase

Do you accept returns for sale items or gift cards?
