How does the Skinteex Fibroblast Plasma Pen work?
- To remove skin imperfections and keep your skin youthful, the Skinteex Plasma Pen targets fibroblast cells, which are responsible for producing proteins that help regenerate skin.
- The pen’s plasma stimulates fibroblasts by (1) breaking down damaged tissue and (2) regenerating new tissue through small scabs that form on the treated area.
Once these scabs heal and fall off, new skin appears, looking tighter, smoother, and rejuvenated.
How do I use the Skinteex Fibroblast Plasma Pen?
Using the Skinteex Neuderma Plasma Pen is easy:
- Power up the pen and choose an intensity level based on what you’re treating. For larger growths (like skin tags or moles), use a higher intensity. For smaller imperfections (like dark spots), go for a lower intensity.
- Gently apply the pen to the target area, poking it lightly for 1-2 seconds. Cover the entire area with small dots, but avoid over-treating or pressing too hard to prevent skin damage.
- After treatment, your skin will heal as scabs form and eventually fall off, revealing fresh, new skin underneath.
Be sure to consult the full step-by-step guide in the included booklet for more detailed instructions.
How long does the healing process take?
Healing is much faster compared to traditional cosmetic procedures.
You may not look your best immediately after treatment, but the healing process typically lasts 5-7 days, though it could take up to 18 days in some cases. Results become noticeable within 2-3 weeks, once collagen and elastin production begins.
For removing skin tags, no healing time is needed—once removed, it’s gone!
When will I see significant results?
Results from a fibroblast treatment can start to show in 4-8 days.
However, the full effects are typically visible after 2-3 weeks, once collagen and elastin have started regenerating the treated area.
Will it leave scars?
The Skinteex Plasma Pen is specifically designed to avoid leaving scars or marks. However, it's important to protect the treated skin from sun exposure or tanning beds during healing.
After the scabs have fallen off, use SPF 50 or higher on the area for 10 weeks following your final treatment to protect your new skin.

Does it hurt?
- Most people experience little to no pain with fibroblast treatments. Some areas, like around the eyes, may be more sensitive. In those cases, a numbing cream (Lidocaine 5%) can be used to minimize discomfort.
- The level of discomfort depends on your personal tolerance, but compared to surgery, the pain is minimal, and healing is much faster.
How often do I need to replace the needles?
Each needle should last for one full treatment session, allowing you to treat multiple blemishes. After each session, it’s crucial to replace the needle to reduce the risk of infection and ensure proper results.
If the needle no longer generates a plasma arc or if you experience increased discomfort, replace it immediately.
You can purchase replacement needles here.
Is the Skinteex Fibroblast Plasma Pen rechargeable?
Yes! The pen is fully rechargeable and lasts up to 5 hours after a full charge.
Who should not use the Skinteex Fibroblast Plasma
Anyone with severe skin conditions, autoimmune diseases, cancer, or who uses blood thinners, pacemakers, or is undergoing special medical treatments should avoid using the pen. Additionally, individuals with darker skin tones (types 4-6 on the Fitzpatrick scale) are at higher risk for hyperpigmentation or scarring, so plasma pens are not recommended for them.
If you have any doubts, consult a dermatologist or medical professional before using the product.
